I was desperate to lose weight. At my heaviest I was over 300 lbs, and I had tried everything! When I found Take Shape for Life, I still had over 100 lbs to lose. I had no idea what was in store for me, but as the weight melted off and my confidence grew at a crazy-awesome speed, I decided to pay it forward and share the opportunity with some of my friends and family. I figured, if TSFL could be so impactful for me, why wouldn’t everyone want to do it? The weight loss was just the beginning… I started improving in so many areas of my life! I was able to quit my stressful corporate job that I hated so much. I was literally having panic attacks and was struggling to get through the day. I was so miserable. Now I’m learning how to better handle stress, anxiety, and be an overall healthier person with the help of my Health Coach and the Habits of Health. As I began to pay it forward and share this opportunity with others, I realized that I could get paid for it! I was not only help others do what I was doing, but I would be able continue to work on myself! At first I wasn’t sure about not having that steady paycheck I was used to, but I knew I needed this change. After meeting the amazing, authentic and passionate leaders of TSFL, I had no more doubts. I didn’t know how or when it was going to happen, but I knew that I had found my hope for financial health at last. So there it is. That’s what I’ve found and that’s what I can help you find: Healthy body, healthy mind, and healthy finances. But even more importantly, I’ve found an answer, a purpose, and a future.
